Shipping & returns

At this time, we are only offering in store pick up.

As we get acquainted with our new system, we will implement shipping through USPS.


In stock retail orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays.

Orders will be sent through the United States Postal Service as Priority Mail in the continental United States. This generally takes 1-3 days to get to you.  Please look out for tracking information in your email.  Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.

We cannot ship outside of the US.

We cannot offer a refund if the USPS says an item was delivered.

Refund and Return Policy

Retail Items / In-Stock Items

We will gladly accept returns on new, unused, unworn, items in original condition, with tags, within 14 days.  All returns require a paper or electronic receipt and will be refunded in the tender you paid.

After 14 days but within 30 days, we accept returns for store credit only, at current selling price.  Items must be new, unused, unworn, in original condition with tags.  Paper or electronic receipt must be presented.

Fund Raising/Group/Team Order Items, Clearance Sale items, and special order items all sales are final.

Returns may be made in store or by mail.

If you are returning by mail, please call the store at 217-593-6031 and ask to speak with the manager who will assist you in your return or email [email protected].

Shipping costs are not refundable.  We do not provide free return shipping.
